PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your domain name, computer and web browser type and version, browser history, IP address, time zone, country, ISP, carrier group, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not guarantee that we will respond to do not track signals or refusal of web beacons.
We also collect the personal information which you submit to us in purchasing product(s) via the Site; subscribing to receive discounts and offers; sharing blog posts through social media sites or other third party sites by clicking on the buttons featured on the Site or replying/commenting on a blog post on the Site; applying to be a brand ambassador; or otherwise contacting us and providing us with information such as your name and email address. Such information may include your first name, last name, email address, financial/billing information, and demographic information. We collect personal information directly from you when you interact with the Site, including when you purchase product(s) through the Site, open and/or click on email advertisements which we send you, and/or request to unsubscribe from receiving future email advertisements. We may link such activities and any personal information with the personal information we have collected.

USE OF INFORMATION
When you subscribe to receive our email newsletter or other communications sent through the Site, we use your email address and name to add you to our list of subscribers and send you email newsletters or other communications. When you contact us through the Site, we use information you submit to us to respond to your questions or requests to us, fulfill your request, and to perform customer service. When you purchase products through the Site, we use your first name, last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and debit/credit card number or other billing information to process, fulfill, and ship your order. When you share blog posts or reply/comment on a blog post on the Site, we post your name and comment on the Site to verify or maintain the quality or safety of our Site. Users of the Site acknowledge and authorize us to contact them in accordance with the foregoing by telephone, notwithstanding the fact that such user may have opted into the Federal Trade Commission’s National Do Not Call or other similar registry.

In addition, iFlourish Labs reserves the right to share your personal information in all of the above categories with our counsel and accountants. iFlourish Labs also reserves the right to share your personal information in all of the above categories with any government or law enforcement agency that we deem necessary to comply with any applicable law or at the request of any government or law enforcement agency.
We may also transfer your personal information in all of the above categories to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
By utilizing the Site and/or online services, user hereby releases iFlourish Labs from any claims, damages, losses and liabilities resulting from or arising out of iFlourish Labs’ disclosure of any such user’s information to any third party.
ACCESS AND MODIFICATION OF INFORMATION
To the extent required by applicable law, user may request that iFlourish Labs inform user about the personal information maintained by us with respect to user, and where appropriate, request that iFlourish Labs update, correct and/or suppress personal information about user that we maintain. iFlourish Labs will make all required updates and changes within the time specified by applicable law. Additional information directed at California residents appears below, under the “Your California Privacy Rights” heading.
User is permitted to remove user’s personal contact information from iFlourish Lab’s marketing list by utilizing the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of every email sent to users by iFlourish Labs or by directing any other request, in writing, to: iFlourish Labs, attn: president, 1970 28th Street, Springfield, OR 97477. To protect user’s confidentiality, iFlourish Labs will only respond to the physical or email address provided to iFlourish Labs in user’s request.
Information from Minors
The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or use any personal information from children.
iFlourish Labs implements security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of user’s information. iFlourish Labs restricts access to personal information to the third parties described above, who may need such information in order to operate, develop or improve online services. Persons receiving such information are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
Your California Privacy Rights
The personal information which we collect is noted above under the “Personal Information We Collect” and “Use of Information” headings. The purposes for the collection and use of your personal information, as well as the disclosure of your personal information are similarly detailed under the “Personal Information We Collect”, Use of Information”, and “Third Party Disclosure” headings.
What Personal Information Do We Sell?
Under the definitions of “Sell” and “Sale” in the CCPA, we do not sell your personal information. We do not have any actual knowledge of the sale of, personal information of minors under 16 years of age. There are no financial incentives to disclose.
Your Right to Request to Know and How to Submit a Verified Request to Know
A “request to know” is request related to the personal information that a business has about such consumer. It may include a request for any or all of the following from us:
1) specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you;
2) categories of personal information that we have collected about you;
3) categories of sources from which the personal information was collected;
4) categories of personal information that we have sold or disclosed for a business purpose about you;
5) categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose; and
6) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling the personal information.
The CCPA permits requests to know from the same consumer up to twice in a twelve (12) month period.
If you have not previously contacted us, subscribed to our Site, applied as a brand ambassador, purchased a product through our Site, or otherwise provided us with your name and email address, we may not be able to substantively respond to your request to know.

To process your request, you may be required to submit your first name, last name, and email address, and phone number in conjunction with your request. The information you provide will be used to verify your request and to attempt to identify you within our data records. If you elect to use an authorized agent to exercise your right to submit a request for information, we may require the following before processing the request: 1) proof of your written and signed permission with the authorized agent to act on your behalf; 2) direct verification of your identity to us; and 3) direct confirmation to us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request on your behalf. The information which you submit in conjunction with your request to know will be used for the express purposes of verification and providing you with responsive information to your request, if required.
Your Right to Request Deletion and How to Submit a Verified Request to Delete
You have the right to request the deletion of any personal information which we have collected about you, or which we maintain.

We utilize a two-step process for online requests to delete, whereby you clearly submit your request to delete, and second, you separately confirm that you want your personal information deleted.
To the extent that your personal information is necessary for us to maintain for a reason delineated in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.105(d), including but not limited to complete a transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service you have requested, detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, debug, etc., or to comply with a legal obligation, we are not required to comply with your request for deletion. For instance, we are not required to delete personal information which is necessary to maintain suppression files for those individuals who have opted out of receiving email marketing from us. If we are unable to verify your request, we will notify you as well.
Your Rights to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights
California affords consumers with the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by a business for the exercise of their privacy rights conferred by the CCPA. This means that you cannot be denied goods or services; be charged different prices or rates; be provided with a different level or quality of goods or services; or have it suggested that you will receive a different price or rate or different level or quality of goods or services. Notwithstanding the above, a business can charge a consumer a different rate or price, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data. Further, notwithstanding the above, a business may offer financial incentives for the collection of personal information, the sale of personal information, or the deletion of personal information, and may also offer a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services to the consumer if that different is directly related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data.
